Clients must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule without any charges.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee to compensate for lost booking time.
No-Show Appointments
If a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment and no prior notice is provided, a full service charge or a standard no-show fee may apply.
Rescheduling
We are happy to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if you contact us 24 hours in advance and a suitable time slot is available.
Emergency Situations
We understand that unexpected situations happen. In genuine emergencies, we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.
